Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if applicable. (No horsehair!! We have to be able to re-sell as Brand New)
To complete your return, please notify us by email as soon as possible and return within 14 days (there is some flexibility on this date provided you have contacted us and we have approved a later return)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for refund.
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.
PLEASE NOTE we cannot accept returns on SALE items - please double check size, model, colour before placing your order.
We also cannot accept returns on Custom made items and non stock items manufactured for you
We advise using a track-able postal/shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please clearly mark the box 'RETURNS'
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please fill out any shipping/customs documentation as 'RETURNS' (to avoid your return being held at customs and delaying your refund)

Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds through PayPal are instant and you will receive an email from PayPal confirming the refund.
Refunds onto credit/debit card are processed by ShopPay and can take 5-10 days to show in your account.
Sale items - Unfortunately we can't offer refunds on sale items. Only full priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange an item, please advise which size/colour/model you wish to exchange for, so we can hold the stock for you.

You will be charged postage on the replacement item - an invoice for the delivery cost will be emailed to you and the replacement item dispatched on receipt of payment, and receipt of your returned item.
