Free UK Mainland shipping on all orders over £150

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24h 
If your delivery does not arrive on time, please first check the tracking information and if you still have concerns please let us know asap.

Worldwide - Please note - Any Import Duty or TAX applicable in your country, is paid by the customer. The courier service/customs office will contact you once your order has reached the customs office in your country. 

All international orders are trackable online, but in some countries the tracking information is not being uploaded very quickly. If you have any queries or are worried, please let us know.

Shipping charges will be shown as you go through the checkout screen
All payments are made in £ Pounds Sterling. Please make sure you are aware of the currency exchange rate before placing your order.
Any Import Duty or TAX applicable in your country, is paid by the customer

All orders are sent via 'International tracked' Mail or Courier.
If you are out when your parcel is delivered, a note should be left by the delivery agent, giving instructions for re-delivery, or collection from your local depot.
