Orders
Orders can be placed using our secure on line payment with PayPal, by cheque or bank transfer (please phone us on 07914 448951 if you wish to pay by cheque or transfer). Goods should usually be dispatched within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock and your delivery is delayed we will notify you straight away. Some of our items are only bought in to order (specified on the web site) and we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

Delivery Prices
UK Mainland
Where possible items are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and the postage and packaging is charged between £1.50 and £8.50 depending on weight. Higher value or heavier items are sent with a courier service and charged at £8.50.
The cost of delivery will be shown as you go through the checkout screen.

The Courier will require a signature as proof of delivery. When placing your order you can specify an alternative delivery address if required. If you request your goods to be left in a designated safe place without a signature, Horsedream cannot be responsible for your order. Goods can always be delivered to an alternative address (ie: work or with a neighbour. Please specify when going through the check-out screen)
If goods are returned due to non-delivery, a second delivery charge will be applicable and must be paid before the goods will be re-dispatched.

Shipping rates outside UK Mainland
All deliveries outside the UK Mainland are sent via Courier service or Royal mail (depending on weight and value)
Shipping rates will show as you go through the check-out screen.
We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland.
Please email if you would like a quote on shipping to any other destination.
Import Duties and Taxes
If purchasing outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for all Duties & Taxes and these will need to be paid locally at time of delivery.

All payments are made in Pounds Sterling. Please make sure you are aware of the currency exchange rate before placing your order.

Delivery

Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the value of the goods but firstly, you must notify us, then return them within 7 days in pristine condition; unused or marked and still with the Christ labelling attached.

Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on items that have been specially manufactured or altered for you.

Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes at any time, these will be notified to you at the time of ordering. Please note that coloured lambskins have been dyed and may be prone to colour fade.
Safety
Always check equipment before riding and never use items that are showing any signs of wear and tear or damage. Horsedream cannot be responsible for your use of its products. When using the Christ Bareback pad, NEVER mount using the stirrups unless you have bought a model with the ‘half tree’ designed for this purpose.
