Orders
Orders can either be placed using our secure on line payment with PayPal or by phoning us on 07914 448951. Goods should usually be dispatched within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock and your delivery is delayed we will notify you straight away. Some of our items are only bought in to order (specified on the web site) and we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

Delivery Prices
UK Mainland
Items up to the value of £30.00 are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and the postage and packaging is charged from £1.50 and £5.00 depending on weight. Orders over £30.00 are sent by Special Delivey up to 1kg in weight and charged at £6.50. Higher value orders over 1kg are dispatched with a Courier service charged at £8.50.
The cost of delivery will be shown as you go through the checkout screen.

The Courier will require a signature as proof of delivery. When placing your order you can specify an alternative delivery address if required. If you request your goods to be left in a designated safe place without a signature, Horsedream will not be responsible for your order once the Courier has delivered.

Shipping rates outside UK Mainland
All deliveries outside the UK Mainland are sent via Royal Mail recorded service or by Courier service. The postage or shipping charge will be shown as you go through the checkout screen. Shipping outside the UK is based on volumetric weight.

All payments are made in Pounds Sterling. Please make sure you are aware of the currency exchange rate before placing your order.

Privacy
Customer details are never shared with any third party and remain completely confidential. Payment is taken through PayPal.
Safety
Always check equipment before riding and never use items that are showing any signs of wear and tear or damage. Horsedream cannot be responsible for your use of its products. When using the Christ Bareback pad, NEVER mount using the stirrups unless you have bought a model with the ‘half tree’ designed for this purpose.
Delivery
If you request your goods to be left in a designated safe place without a signature, Horsedream will not be responsible for your order once the Courier has delivered.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the value of the goods but firstly you must notify us, and then return them within 7 days in pristine condition; unused or marked and still with Christ labelling attached. Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on items that have been specially manufactured or altered for you.
Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes at any time, these will be notified to you at the time of ordering. Please note that coloured lambskins have been dyed and may be prone to colour fade.
